Medical Coverage & Health Savings Account
Comprehensive CareFirst Blue Choice medical coverage for full-time employees and dependents. We cover 50% of employee and dependent medical premiums with a High Deductible Health Plan with an HSA option. W&B contributes to your HSA over the course of the year. Contribution amounts are as follows: $975 (Individual) and $1924 (Family).
Dental and Vision
50% of dental premiums are covered for employees and dependents, and 100% of vision premiums are covered for employees and dependents. Coverage provided through CareFirst Blue Choice
401k & Retirement Plans
Weeghman and Briggs (W&B) offers an industry-leading 401k match. We will double your contribution, up to 10%. This means, if you contribute 5%, W&B contributes 10%. Employees are eligible to contribute after 30 days of employment and are 100% vested from day one. We also have a Roth IRA plan available as well. Our plan is designed to help you build long-term financial security.
Referral Bonuses
Weeghman and Briggs (W&B) rewards employees with a referral bonus ranging from $2,500 to $12,000 for each successful hire they refer.
