Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with poly

Develops and/or conducts customized training classes that may include developing on-line training materials.

The Level l Trainer shall possess the following capabilities:

Assist in evaluating training requirements for the system and creating training objectives and goals.

Draft supporting documentation and training documentation.

Draft and finalize supporting documentation, draft training documentation, and present training materials to an audience or group of users.

Assist in the development of technical training materials including online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and training manuals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years’ experience, of which a desired one (I) year within the Intelligence Community, conducting training of technical materials in classroom courses, workshops, and/or seminars; OR to users of computer applications in their operational settings.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field.
• An additional two (2) years of additional technical experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
