Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity recruiting
  • 4 – 6 years of experience with a blend between agency and corporate environments
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Working knowledge of the cybersecurity industry

Job Duties:

  • Sourcing talent for Weeghman and Briggs
  • Consult with leadership on hiring strategies; manage expectations on hiring strategies
  • Participate in recruiting and branding plans with social media, career fairs, and networking with industry associations.
  • Bring market intelligence to the table when consulting leadership on talent needs to be seen as an expert to grow the talent strategy
  • Strong understanding of, and experience with recruiting Engineers, Data analysts, and other technical roles
